A GREAT TREAT

 
 
Here's a repeat recipe from Chef Michael. We have been asked to repost this

Collard Green Sandwich

 Get your collard greens
Cut them up...

Fry in oil and garlic
Add
salt
pepper
parsley
granulated garlic

Get you a load of italian bread
Cut in half
Add your collard greens
Add some provolone cheese on top
Put in oven to melt the cheese
