Wednesdays Tips and a Recipe

 
 
Cooking TIP #1
When cooking Asparagus
Always crush the butt end of the stem
It cooks evenly when you do this
 
 
 
 
Cooking Tip #2
 
Heres a great way to cook Brussel Sprouts
 
Blanch your brussel sprouts
Then saute them in garlic and oil
Add
butter
salt
pepper
parsley

 
 
 
 
 
 
Heres another great recipe from Chef Michael!
 
Steak Pizzaiola
 
Get you 4 onions/ Cut up...
Fry in oil
Take your steak and cook on top of onions
Add a can of tomatoes
Add
salt pepper parsley and oregano
Cover with mozarella cheese
